*Please ensure that the amount of guests booked is accurate. Additional charges of RM200 will apply per night and per guest for uninformed guest.

 

If we have more than 16 guests what is the price?
The maximum we will charge per night is for 16 guests, if you have more than that amount there is no additional charges. However, we would like to remind you that we only have 8 rooms fitting 16 guests for a comfortable stay. And the maximum allowance is strictly 30 guests only.

What is the check in and check out time?
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12pm. We advise checking in before 6pm to avoid getting lost in the way. 

Do I have to register upon arrival?
Yes, please register all guests upon arriving.

How do I check in and check out?

• Check-in time: 3pm
All guests are to register upon arrival with our staffs and paying a deposit of RM300 to get the house keys.

• Check-out time: 12pm
Deposit will be returned accordingly to guest after check-out and inspection by our staffs.
In any case of damage/breakage  to the building, facilities, furniture, furnishing, fittings, trees, plants and loss of keys and items in the holiday home, the charges will be deducted from the deposit as Loss/Damage Fees.

Can I recce the holiday home before I decide to stay the night?
We do not allow that. We have plenty of photos on our website and social medias to help you get the idea of our holiday home!

How is the drive to the holiday home? Are parking spaces available?
It's an easy drive to the holiday home, just follow the Google Maps direction that we will provide! We have parking spaces available at the front porch of the home that can fit 4 – 5 cars.

Can I bring friends who are not staying the night?
We do not allow day guests and are very strict with this. 

Can I throw a party?
You’re most welcome to have a simple party with your checked in guests. However, we do not tolerate loud parties or immoral behaviors/activities.

What is the minimum and maximum number of guests?
The minimum number of guests is 8, the maximum is 16 guests.

Are there additional charges for children accompanying parents?
Children age 6 years and below can stay for free, sharing the existing bed with parents.

Do you provide baby cot?
No, we do not provide baby cot.

Is this place wheelchair friendly?
No, we do not have wheelchair facilities.

Are there are meals provided?
No, we don't provide any meals. 

Can we have BBQ?
Yes, we have a BBQ Area specially designed for our guests! But you must bring your own food. The BBQ pit, charcoal, bbq equipments, cutleries, plates and cups are provided at no charge. *STRICTLY NO PORK ALLOWED* 

Can we have steamboat?
Yes, but you must bring your own food, steamboat pot and extension wire if you are using electrical pot. Freezer, cutleries, plates and cups are provided at no charge.

Are there any lifeguards at the swimming pool?
There are no lifeguards on duty. Please swim at your own risk.

Can we go to the Riverfront Beach located near the holiday home?
Yes, the Riverfront Beach was man-made by us for our guests.

How far is the Gepai Waterfall from the holiday home? Can we walk there?
We advise driving there which takes about 7 minutes.

Do you have anyone who can lead/bring us to the Gepai Waterfall?
Yes, we have our staffs that can bring you there! 

Who can we contact for help/emergencies during our stay?
We have our staffs working on the property 24 hours. You can contact them anytime.

Are there mosquitoes or other insects?
Mosquitoes and other insects are part of nature and they exist here. You are advised to bring your own repellents.

Do you provide Wifi?
No, we don't, as there is very limited access due to nature and location of surrounding. Thus, the Wifi is only for our CCTV use. We encourage you to connect with yourself or the people you came with to enjoy the holiday home to the fullest!

Is mobile phone service available at the holiday home?
Yes.

Is the Cedar at Bidor Holiday Home pet friendly?
No, we strictly do not allow pets.

Can we cancel the booking after confirmation? Can we have refund for cancellations?
We have a strict cancellation policy (50% refund up until 2 weeks prior to check in). Please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Can I have special events here such as wedding, photoshoot, filming etc?
Yes, you can contact us via email/whatsapp and let us know the purpose/usage of your booking.
